TITANIC OF THE ANCIENT WORLD
– Consider the richest shipwreck discover in history, the Antikythera shipwreck has yielded artifacts that have literally re-written the history books. This first center BC Roman shipwreck was discovered in 1900 and yielded the world’s first computer called the Antikythera Mechanism, untouched until 1976 when Cousteau mounted an excavation then re-visited again in 2014 by a team of international archeologist, technical divers, and photographers this site continues to unlock the secrets of antiquity. Join “Return to Antikythera” underwater photographer, Brett Seymore as he showcases the history, artifacts, and technology currently being used on this Titanic of the Ancient World.
