TRY SCUBA DIVING……. FOR FREE

Bring a friend, neighbor, relative, loved one (anyone) and let us treat them to the fun, freedom and excitement of scuba diving. Offered 10 am – 2 pm each day.
*Please only non-certified divers and one experience per person for the weekend.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Participant must be at least 10 years of age
  • All children (under 18) will need to have a parent or legal guardian present during the experience.
  • Each participant will need to complete the forms using the following links
    • Required Course Documents
    • VERY IMPORTANT – regarding the Diver Medical/Participant Questionnaire.If there is a YES response to questions 3, 5, or 10 on page 1 of the Diver Medical form or to ANY of the questions on page 2, the participant will need to sign and date the Participant’s Signature on page 1 AND take all three pages of the Participant Questionnaire to their physician for a medical evaluation.  Their medical professional must approve, date, and sign page three, the Medical Examiner’s Evaluation Form, and include their medical credentials MD, DO, NP, RN, PA, etc., with their signature.                     

      UNFORTUNATELY, THE PARTICIPANT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE WATER, FOR EITHER PROGRAM, UNTIL THE PROPER DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, SIGNED, AND REVIEWED FOR ACCURACY BY YOUR INSTRUCTOR.

Presentation Prizes

As you enter the various presentations, you will be provided a drawing card. Once the presentation has ended, there will be one or more door prize drawings. The collected cards will be placed in the bin for the Grand Prize drawings at 3pm on Sunday.

Sorry, cards will not be handed out once the presentation begins and will not be collected until the presentation ends.

Equipment and Travel Prizes

As you enter the tent, one of our greeters will provide you with a drawing card. Simply complete the card and return it to the greeter. It will be placed into a special bin for the Grand Prize Drawings on Sunday starting at 3pm.

Rules apply cards must be filled out completely and legibly, you must be present to win and there is a limit of one entry card per person per day.

As you enter the tent one of our greeters will provide you with an event questionnaire.  Simply locate the professional representative for the destination, equipment or training organization, and ask them for the correct answer.  Once complete, return to the greeter station and one of the greeters will check your answers for accuracy.  Kind of like the days of handing your homework to the teacher but this is more fun!  Your completed questionnaire will be placed in a designated box.  The prize drawing, and announced winner, will be during the Sunday 3pm Grand Prize drawings.

The winner must be present to win and must be at least 18 years of age. ID verification may be required.
