“Good morning Jack,
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did with our class this weekend! Normally I would have panicked diving in water with two feet of visibility, I don’t even swim in lakes , but the confidence you and your team showed in the students and our skills made it possible! I truly feel comfortable to dive in most any condition now and I have you and your teams efforts to thank for that.
I got certified today and I have to tell you that your instructors are awesome! Tammi, Mike, Carol and Jack made our first adventure into scuba fun and hilarious as well as safe and reassuring. I undertook this class with severe hesitations – claustrophobia and anxiety issues. Tammi was so supportive when I had difficulty with flooding my mask the first night – she helped me keep going. And her sense of humor was awesome! Jack did a review class with us before our open water and was really understanding and encouraging. On the first day of our open water dive, Mike was so helpful and funny – it made me want to come back. Even though I had an anxiety issue on my final day, Carol took the time to understand what happened and helped talk me through it. You have amazing instructors and they make all the difference. Oh – and Louise was teaching the rescue class next to us and had an awesome sense of humor and knowledge! After meeting them, I definitely want to participate in some group tours that they lead. Thank you for making this such a great experience!
